At Shopora, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving it.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
For hygiene reasons, worn earrings, personalized items, and final sale items cannot be returned.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
